Unix*Linux Technical Support Engineers - Great working Environment and Benefits
Leading Software Company requires Technical Support Engineers with expertise in one of Solaris Sparc, HP-UX , AIX, FreeBSD or Linux, as well as knowledge of at least one of SMTP,Sendmail, PostFix. You will be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers requiring support on any aspect of their Applications. You will have a minimum of two years? experience in a Technical Support capacity. Excellent communications skills and a flexible approach to work is essential. Duties will include providing comprehensive telephone and email support to users of my client`s products, general troubleshooting and integration into a variety of operating systems, providing on-site support and consultancy to existing and potential customers, recreating customer network configurations on our test networks.
